In a 450m² building, renovated and transformed to meet the need for comfortable accommodation with a community of colivers already on site, Wally comprises 15 rooms fully equipped with hotel-grade latex beds and pillows, with private bathrooms (or to be shared between two tenants).
In addition to the private areas, Wally also boasts a number of communal spaces, including a large, open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with electrical appliances, a dining room adjacent to the kitchen for sharing moments with friends, and a TV room equipped with a smart TV and video and board games.
In addition to this, we have a small terrace just before the entrance to the villa, a reading corner on the second floor and a large garden that shelters the colivers when the weather is fine.
The icing on the cake is our chill room, a hybrid room designed so that colivers can telework, watch a good film with a video projector or just spend a chill moment with their roommates.
